Looking at Ruger Hawkey Predator, Tikka T3 and CZ 550, 22-250 or maybe 204. Pro's and cons to each if possible. Accuracy and Dependablity main issues.

I doubt you would go wrong with any of them. I like the Ruger for being American made but the Tikka's have always been well made good shooting rifles. Nothing wrong with a CZ either.
All that said - I would get the Tikka based on the quality and accuacy of the other T3's I have seen and shot in the past.
As for as caliber - I would go with the 22-250 with its slightly heavier bullets running at similar speeds. I like bang flop. While a .204 can give that performance - the 22-250 gives you more punch at the target at distance.

I don't have experience with the different brands, but do have experience with the .22-250 caliber and a bit biased opinion on them. .22-250 all the way for me, if I were to get a new bolt gun, and might in the future. For now I love my AR, although in .223 but it works for me currently.
If you get or are into reloading you can pick and choose your bullets, powder, and speed for better performance as well.

What is your budget for the scope? Do you want illumniated reticle? I have been very pleased with Mueller Sport Dot scopes as a inexpensive (Not Cheap) quality optic. Clear glass, good light transmission very repeatable tracking. The sport dot has a crosshair with a dot in the center. The dot is all that illuminates so at low light it looks like a red dot sight.

What is your budget for the scope? Do you want illumniated reticle? Good question on price. I like good glass. Probably looking for luepy 3X or equal or better. I have been looking at some different recticles, none lighted. Never looked through a lighted one.

Hard to go wrong with a Leupy. I see a lot of guys get too much magnification 3-6x is about all I ever need. Then again I like to shoot with iron sights too...

I went from a leupy fine cross-hair to a bushnell illuminated dot in the center of the cross hairs. I found it easier to point and shoot at night with the illuminated dot, but really missed the fine cross-hairs for distance shooting and load developing. At 300 yards it was really hard to find the center of target. I probably could have printed different targets and fixed that problem though?
