I was looking for a Remington 870 for a project but stumbled across a stripped receiver and a bolt for a Mossberg 500 for $20.00 so I took it , I started the build with a Hogue synthetic stock with a pistol grip and matching forend , bought a complete new trigger assy and elevator and all the rest of the parts to complete the receiver , got a new mag tube and action and got the forend nut with the sling swivel , I found locally a 24'' slug barrel and a 28'' ribbed barrel with a few extra chokes for $50.00 and I got a 20" ribbed barrel on the way that i'm gonna use a long range choke with , I mounted Weaver base on it and already had a red dot scope laying around , so all in all i'll have $300 bucks invested in a gun built the way I visioned it , after Turkey season is over i'll take it and have it camo dipped , i'll post pics when its all together .

Yeah I thought about it , but its gonna cost to much to buy all new pink camo in NatGear , make sure you don't forget your pink bunny slippers when you come down to turkey hunt , your not wearing mine .
